Payment terms:
The price includes all transport and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by the transport of the Supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "ChMK"! Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery is possible on DAP terms - Chelyabinsk (Incoterms 2010).

Comments: VALIDITY OF THE COMMERCIAL PREVENTION IS AT LEAST 2 MONTHS
1) The presentation of a certificate of conformity or a product passport is required.
In the absence of an attached certificate or a dealer agreement for the sale of products, commercial offers will be rejected.
2) Production year - 2020;
3) Signing a supply agreement in the standard form of PJSC ChMK, without protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received proposals without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of the products and companies with a dealer certificate have priority.
6) If you are an official representative of a manufacturing company, attach all documents to B2B. Only manufacturers, trading houses and official dealers are allowed to participate with a certificate of dealership and a certificate of conformity for products.
7) Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
