Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the total value of the respective batch of Goods within 10 (10) bank days from the date of delivery of the respective shipment of Goods (from the date of the signature invoice without comment), and providing an invoice

By shipping to the Buyer's warehouse, at the specified details. The date of delivery corresponding to the shipment of goods is the date the Vendor transfers to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse

Comments: 1) The KP must be made according to the established form (see procurement documentation) and attached to the procurement documentation (Excel + signed scan).
2) Be sure to attach passport scan on products
3) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of display of the TKP;
4) Certificates of conformity, passport, quality proof document must be attached to the KP
5) Before shipment, you must provide a photo map of the product packaging, photo marking of goods (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality of goods, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
7) This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Code of the Russian Civil Code;

Therefore, this Proposal Request Procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer
9) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing sheet (see example filling in the purchase documentation), paste the packing sheet on the package with the product, and send a copy to the Customer by email.
10) The cargo must meet GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to and equated areas of the far north. Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo Marking").
