Bidding organizer has the right to hold the second stage (re-bidding) in case the results of the first stage are not satisfactory. Not more than 30% of the participants offering the best prices will be allowed to participate in rebidding. Winning shall be deemed a bid offering the best conditions in compliance with RFP requirements and criteria.

2. Commercial Proposal Value;

In case the documents uploaded to the e-marketplace are to be signed with a digital signature, it's not required to certify them with the CEO's signature and company's seal. In case a digital signature is not applicable, the uploaded documents shall be signed and sealed by the company's representative.

Обоснование: По результатам переговоров от 05.12.17 комиссия приняла решение признать победителем:
По лоту № 1: ООО «Бизон Юг» на сумму 454 895 евро (31 549 969 руб) с отсрочкой в 30 календарных дней после поставки каждой партии товара.
По лоту №2: ООО «Лидер» на сумму 60 000 евро ( 4 200 000руб) на условиях отсрочки в 30 календарных дней после поставки каждой партии товара
По лоту №3: ООО «Бизон Юг» на сумму 2 379 684 руб с отсрочкой в 30 календарных дней после поставки каждой партии товара.
По лоту №4: "МТК РОСБЕРГ ЦЕНТР" на сумму 2 295 000 руб с отсрочкой в 30 календарных дней после поставки каждой партии товара.
По лоту №5: ООО «Лидер» на сумму 40 000 евро ( 2 800 000руб) на условиях отсрочки в 30 календарных дней после поставки каждой партии товара
По лоту №6: ООО «Бизон Юг» на сумму 1 650 000 руб с отсрочкой в 30 календарных дней после поставки каждой партии товара.
Данные решения принимались в процессе комиссионных переговоров с учетом мнения ДЗР и технической дирекции АОК, АФ МИР
