2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment and the shipping address.

4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. The products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached terms of reference;
6. Specify the warranty period for the Product. It must be calculated from the moment the shopping center is put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of Goods and the total lot (weight, volume).
8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an bid for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (5 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the Commercial Proposal".
Comments: The organizer of the Call for Bidding has the right not to consider the technical and commercial proposals of the Bidders:
- when providing an incomplete package of documents and/or filling out the Technical and Commercial Proposal form by less than 50% and/or specifying false information in the bid documentation;
- when sending a Technical AND Commercial Proposal after the deadline for its submission;
- having unfulfilled obligations under previously concluded contracts with Polymetal Holding companies.
To participate in the procurement procedure, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the bid documentation and send the following information:
1) Technical and commercial proposal, completed in the form of Appendix 2.2 - supplier's commercial proposal form
2) Copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 4.
3) Consent to the processing of personal data
4) Please note that participation in the procedure means agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
5) It is necessary to attach a Commercial Offer IN the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
-dimensions of the cargo (approximately)
- point of dispatch;
- terms of payment;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
-The cost of the Goods should take into account the packaging according to GOST for the regions of the far North
6) The products must be new, not used;
7) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
the quality.
