Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. 100% payment within 10 banking days upon products shipment to the buyer. 2. 100% payment within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the products at "TD Polimetall" warehouse in Magadan. 3. Minimum prepayment of 10%, the rest 90% shall be paid after ownership transfer.
Delivery terms:
Delivery options: 1. Prices including VAT, without delivery cost, the number of cargo packages, dimensions, weight and volume. The dimensions of oversized components shall be indicated separately. 2. Prices including VAT and the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (in this case delivery method, delivery cost shall be indicated in a separate line, and not included into the cost of each item). For example: delivery of the whole consignment to the Buyer's warehouse will cost RUB 20000. Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied products shall be new and not restored. The suppproducts shall be labeled. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.

1) Please note, that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form. 2) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal in an electronic format. 3) Commercial proposal shall specify the product manufacturer, product availability, production time, time of delivery to the Supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatching point. 4) Products must be new and unused. 5) The products must be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate; 6) Criteria for selection of the best proposal: the shortest delivery time, price, payment deferral, shipping without prepayment, operational experience. 7) Before shipping packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in procurement documents), and attached to the package with the product, copies of the documents are to be sent to the Customer via e-mail. Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Section I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
