Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments: The procurement organizer has the right not to consider the technical and commercial proposals of the participants:
- when providing an incomplete set of documents and/or filling out the TCH form by less than 50% and/or specifying false information in the procurement documentation;
- when sending a TCP after the end of the deadline for its submission;
- having unfulfilled obligations under previously concluded contracts with Polymetal Holding companies.

-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
-dimensions of the cargo (approximately)
- the point of departure;
- payment terms;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
-The packaging according to GOST for the regions of the Far North must be taken into account in the cost of the Goods
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the products
