Приемка ТМЦ на складе Покупателя
1) КП необходимо оформить на официальном бланке с печатью и подписью руководителя и прикрепить к загрузочной документации.
2) В КП необходимо указать
- стоимость ТМЦ с НДС, с учетом доставки до склада Покупателя, с учетом упаковки (Упаковка должна быть только согласно требованиям ГОСТа 15846-2002 и ГОСТа 14192-96),
- единицы измерения в КП должны соответствовать запрашиваемым;
- отношение к продукции (свободный продавец, дилер, производитель и пр.);
- срок поставки до склада Покупателя;
- гарантийные условия;
- ориентировочный объем и вес (на весь объем);
- способ доставки;
- условия оплаты;
- согласие с договором.
3) Продукция должна быть новой, не бывшей в употреблении,
4) Перед отгрузкой необходимо предоставить фото карту упаковки товара, фото маркировки товара (требования к маркировке в подгруженной документации)
5) Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом, и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
8) Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;

Товар обязательно должен иметь упаковку!!!
