Payment terms:
The price includes all transport and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by transport of the Supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "ChMK"! Shipping costs are included in the product price.
Comments: 1) Presentation of a certificate of conformity is mandatory.
2) Year of production - 2020;
3) Signing of the contract and specification of delivery in the standard form of PJSC "PMK", without the protocol of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received offers without incurring any material liability to the Members.
5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of products and companies that have a dealer certificate have the advantage.
6) If you are an official representative of the manufacturer company, attach all documents to B2B. Only manufacturers, trading houses and official dealers are allowed to participate with the support of the certificate of dealership and the certificate of conformity for products.
7) Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
