Payment terms:Payment of the Item is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the Item by the Consignee
Delivery terms:Required requirements for contestants:
1) prices indicate DDP terms (delivery to consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
2) the product must be of original factory performance, with the manufacturer's quality and origin certificates. The manufacturer must be specified by each TMC position.
3) need to attach:
- a formal commercial offer with the contact of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed TMC. Proposals without a formal CP will not be considered. Offer expiration of at least 30 calendar days;

4) The vendor should be able to exchange documents through the Contour.Diadoc system;
5) Requirements for the form of the contract - by the buyer's form.
6) The packaging shall ensure that the cargo is safe from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, and a Buyer's form label shall be applied to each seat;
