Auto-extension

Delivery terms:Delivery time is October. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (Yaroslavl, ul. Sovetskaya, 81) shall be at the Supplier's expense (a mandatory provision).

Comments:
1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of OJSC "Kordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the supply on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
