Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant consignment of goods no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comment), and the provision of an invoice
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, at the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) Spare parts of original factory production.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the relationship to the product. Product Certificate.
3) Products must be new, not used.
4) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Contract awarding criteria: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far north and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
