Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse.
2) an advance payment of no more than 25% of the cost of the consignment from the date of signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

Comments:
1) Parts of the original factory production.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial proposal, certificate confirming the attitude to the product. Certificate for the supplied products.
3) The products must be new, not used.
4) Products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
