Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:It is preferable to defer payment for at least 37 calendar days from the date of delivery (taking into account a single payment day).

Conditions for delivery:

II. 1) The required conditions for the configuration and quality of the goods- in accordance with the drawings;
2) Requirements for delivery dates according to the schedule (attached).

4) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;
5) The formation of the price of the goods is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation per piece without VAT, and remains relevant with a slight change in the volume of purchases
6) The validity period of the TAP is at least 30 days;
7) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
