Delivery terms:By delivering the Goods to the buyer's warehouse at the address: Nizhny Bestyakh, Mayinskaya Highway 11 (Nizhny Bestyakh railway station, ABC territory), the recipient is SLK LLC (for Polymetal TD LLC).

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the procedure means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) It is necessary to attach a commercial offer IN the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-SPECIFY TWO COST ITEMS (the cost on the terms of pickup and the cost with delivery)!!!!
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
-dimensions of the cargo (approximately)
- the point of departure;
- payment terms;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
-The packaging according to GOST for the regions of the Far North should be taken into account in the cost of the Goods
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the products

Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
