Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and submission of an invoice.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the consignment of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire consignment to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of the Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container should ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. 4) Transportation method.
5) Transportation conditions:
- specialist. transportation requirements, if applicable;
- storage conditions of goods: open / closed warehouse, heated / unheated,
- temperature range at which the product retains its properties and for how long
6) Product warranty. It is necessary to indicate the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the warranty begins (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
7) Term of replacement of goods under warranty.
8) After-sales service (indicate where applicable to the product. Do you provide service, training, advice on various issues related to the delivered goods. Indicate the company that provides services for the supplied goods)
9) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach a reference list)
10) Approximate volume and weight (total volume).
11) Consent to the contract.
12) Availability of stock in warehouses.
13) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TCH;
14) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality
