The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Supplier Requirement:
VAT and delivery to the customer’s warehouse in the price. Delivery time is specified at the conclusion of the contract. Experience in manufacturing equipment and spare parts for enterprises in the metallurgical industry.

Material Requirement:
New, made according to GOST. Compliance with the requirements of the drawings, current regulatory documentation. All wishes and questions regarding the replacement of a material brand or manufacturing technology shall be submitted no later than two days before the end of the tender in writing to the address Nikita.Burnaev@chelpipe.ru.

IMPORTANT: IN THE CASE OF IDENTIFICATION DURING THE DELIVERY OF GOODS AND MATERIALS INCORPORATED TO THE DRAWING DOCUMENTATION OR EXISTING REGULATORY DOCUMENTATION, PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED TO THE SUPPLIER THROUGH A SHIPPING CENTER

Documentation Requirement:
Must have a passport and quality documents. Between the parties a standard contract is concluded without a protocol of disagreement.
