Dear Bidders, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that all companies participating in this competition must be accredited on the website of Metalloinvest Management Company
https://www.metalloinvest.com/partners/tenders/accreditation/. Proposals from companies that have passed accreditation are accepted for consideration.
1. When submitting a proposal, be guided by the FULL name indicated in the appropriate column of the form. Check the Requests for Clarifications tab throughout the duration of the procedure.
2. BE SURE to attach a Technical and Commercial Proposal with full technical specifications !!!
Conclusion of the contract in the form proposed in the documentation.
3. Terms of payment - deferred payment. If you are considering submitting an offer on a prepayment basis, it is possible only if the advance payment is secured by a bank guarantee in accordance with the established form (attached in the documentation).
4. Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, passport, other documents confirming the quality and safety of the goods.
5. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 30 days;
6. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the implementation of input control in the buyer's warehouse;
7. Ask all questions through the Requests for Clarification tab.
