Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th calendar day after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:
Prices are provided without VAT.
Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the terms of the DDP delivery basis-Kogalym, the base of the BPO of LUKOIL-AIK LLC 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway, or to the terminal of the transport company in Kogalym. (transportation costs are not reimbursed separately)
Delivery of products is carried out in separate batches, drawn up by the relevant accounting documents within the time limits established by law, during the year.

The winner of the tender procedure is determined, subject to the agreement to sign the model contract without disagreement. The winner will be determined by the following criteria:
