Обоснование: Закупочной комиссией принято решение признать победителем по данному лоту №6 ООО "Брянский завод трубопроводной арматуры", предложение которого наиболее отвечает требованиям и условиям проведения запроса предложения.
Закупочной комиссией принято решение отклонить от дальнейшего рассмотрения Предложение от ООО "Гермес", так как представленный договор с ООО ТПК "Нефтегазовые системы" не действителен, срок действия до 31.12.09г. и отсутствует информация о его пролонгации.
