Auto-extension

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trading and Purchasing System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of the System Participant.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the tender, it means that if it is declared the winner, it will conclude a supply agreement in the standard form of Cordiant JSC without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a quotation indicating the delivery time of the minimum lot for each item from the moment of signing the specification to the contract.
7) The winner is selected for each position separately (positional purchase) on the basis of minimum prices, with a significant price difference, lot purchases can be selected
8) If, for any reason, the winner refuses to supply a certain position at the price offered for the tender, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier, who has submitted the second cheapest offer for this position to the tender.
