Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferral of payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery date: May 2024. It is possible to consider another delivery time. Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the warehouse of the transport company in Omsk are borne by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The Bidder must be a user registered in the B2B–Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Bidder of the System.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the Call for Bidding at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids, without imposing liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the competitive bidding process, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a supply agreement in the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and to make the delivery on the terms specified in the Call for Bidding announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating unit prices with and without VAT, delivery dates and payment terms.
6) Shut-off valves should be no earlier than 2020 year of manufacture without traces of rust. Delivery together with the original passports.
