Comments: Product requirements:
1) When issuing TAP, you must specify the manufacturer of the product;

4) Contract awarding criteria: quality, delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
6) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7) Before shipment, you must fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), stick a packing list on the packaging with the goods, a copy sent to the Customer by email.
