Auto-extension

Comments: This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The seller must perform the service on his own. Attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Buyer.
By sending a proposal (offer), the Seller guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. Upon request, the Seller must provide tax reports for the most recent reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is missing or does not allow to verify with sufficient confidence the Seller's good faith, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor of services, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with the attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease rights: office, storage, production facilities, equipment / tools / machinery, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
