Payment terms:Price shall include VAT and the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment deferral of 60 days from products delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:To the buyer's warehouse with VAT and tzr. Within 10 days from the moment of signing the specification. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. You must have a quality passport or another document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse. The merchandise must be new, not restored. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoice, Torg-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the carrier.

Comments:
The agreement in the wording of GMZ.OBYAZATELNOE conditions for participation in the RFP and contract SUPPLY - AVAILABILITY STATUS - MANUFACTURER OR EXISTING dealership with manufacturers, suppliers need to confirm the status IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REQUEST WITH THE PROVISION IN ELECTRONIC FORM OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS . PROVIDED SUPPLY SHOULD BE VALID FOR 2 MONTHS.
For counterparties who have previously registered with the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download offers by the request organizer for the price on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- Offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- Letter of refusal of further claims on the occasion that the proposal is submitted at the auction not by the Participant (in free form on the company's letterhead signed by an authorized person). A mandatory condition for submitting the file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the participant is the manufacturer or the dealer. Validity of the commercial offer of 2 months.
