Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment of at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the warehouse of the Consignee.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until 30.06.2023 It is possible to consider another delivery time. Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the warehouse of the transport company in Omsk are borne by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B–Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Participant in the System.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that he agrees, in the event of his being declared the winner, to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating unit prices with and without VAT, delivery dates and payment terms.
6) The shut-off valves must be no earlier than 2020 without traces of rust. Delivery together with the original passports.
