Comments:
this procedure the request for proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Bidding procedures initiated by OAO "Zhirovoy kombinat" are not subject to the provisions of Federal Law №223-FZ "On procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities" as of July 18, 2011, as well as by the provisions of Federal Law N 44-FZ "On the Contract System of the Federal and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services" as of April 5, 2013.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
