If the tax reporting is missing or does not allow you to verify the Supplier’s good faith with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Buyer is entitled to request other documents confirming that the Supplier can independently fulfill its delivery obligations, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform work, information on ownership or leasehold rights: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
