Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1. Mandatory requirement - loading the documents required in accordance with the procurement documentation, according to the "List of Documents".
2. Loading Quotation required for the signature of the authorized person and stamped.
3. Please note if invited to supply products of a manufacturer (not the original) or any other references, in the offer necessarily indicate the manufacturer's name and catalog number changed. Also, the offer must be accompanied by a letter signed by the head of the company in which the participant confirms the similarity of the products offered to the original.
4. A mandatory requirement for all participants - the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
5. The contract is concluded by Buyer's form.
6. Necessarily required by the counterparty confirmation of registration in the TAL Railways (ASKM LSD).
