Moscow Exchange Group, in preparation for a selection of a company to provide services for the development of a comprehensive program of succession and talent development, forms a list of potential participants and invites you to participate in this procedure.

The requirements for the program and the list of services are specified in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1).
Requirements for the participating company are specified in Appendix No. 4.

If you are interested in participating in the Request for Information (RFI), please send to e-mail: Irina.Chizhikova@moex.com up to 15-00 h. 23 August 2019:
1) Completed Appendix No. 2 (Statement of consent on the letterhead of the company with the seal and signature of the authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 3 (Certificate of experience in providing similar services with the seal and signature of the authorized person);
3) Completed Appendix No. 5 (Participant's Questionnaire);
4) Summary of the proposed expert.



This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC Moscow Exchange the obligations provided for by these articles.
