Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
-Advance in the amount of 30% of the value of the goods specified in n 2.1 shall be paid within 10 (ten) working days from the date of conclusion of this contract, on the basis of the account provided by the Supplier and security under section 7 of the contract (if such Security installed);
- The final payment of the goods in the amount of 70% is carried out within 20 (twenty) working days after the parties signed the Act of acceptance and transfer of goods and provide the buyer with a complete set of documents stipulated in paragraph 3.17 of the agreement.
