Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- an advance in the amount of 30% of the value of the Goods specified in clause 2.1. is paid within 10 (ten) working days from the date of this agreement, based on the invoice provided by the Supplier;
- the final payment for the Goods in the amount of 70% is carried out within 15 (fifteen) working days after the Buyer receives the Goods and signs the consignment note, subject to its proper quality, completeness and submission of the documents specified in clause 3.1.7 of this agreement, as well as when performing clause 3.2.4.
