Payment terms:-the advance in the amount of 10% of the value of the goods specified in n 2.1 shall be paid within
15 (fifteen) working days from the date of conclusion of this contract, on the basis of the account provided by the provider and security under section 7 of the contract (if such security is established);
- The final payment of the goods in the amount of 90% is carried out within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing by the Parties of the act of receiving-transfer of goods and providing the buyer complete set of documents provided by paragraph 3.1.7 of the Agreement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
