Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Services provided by the Contractor is made by the Customer, based on the cost indicated in the Price Structure (calculation), in the following order:
- an advance in the amount of 30% of the cost of the Services specified in clause 2.1 is paid within 10 (ten) business days after the conclusion of the Agreement and the transfer of the invoice to the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor;
- the final payment for the Services in the amount of 70% is carried out within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered (hereinafter - the Act) under the Agreement and the provision of a full package of documents (Act, invoice, invoice) provided for by this Agreement and Terms of Reference, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
