Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
-Advance in the amount of 30% of the value of the Goods specified in clause 2.1, shall be paid within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of conclusion of this Agreement, on the basis of the account provided by the Supplier;
- Final payment of the Goods shall be carried out within 10 (ten) banking days after receipt of the Goods by the Buyer, provided that it is of the proper quality and proper completeness, and the submission of the documents specified in 3.1.5 of this Agreement.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
