4) Technical requirements for KP design (acceptable formats):
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint (editable);
- Scanned documents – PDF (optional without editing function).

5) As part of the request for information, it is necessary to provide a completed file "Questionnaire CLM_163" in Excel and PDF formats (with seal and signature), a Commercial offer (in free form), as well as a Presentation in PowerPonit format with contact details for feedback.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
