To complete Stage 1, you must submit the following documents to the email address VORozhkov@beeline.ru no later than 12:00 (Moscow time) on November 09, 2022 (in the subject of the letter, specify "Name of the organization. Delivery of Pskov"). When submitting an offer for several lots / objects, a questionnaire, a Declaration of conformity and other documents are sent once. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.

5. Appendix 5. Supplier Certificate of Conformity and Appendix 6. Supplier Registration Card in Oracle

6. Provide a certificate from the tax service on the absence of arrears in the submission of tax reports and payment of taxes.
*The package of accompanying documentation must be archived. Please note that the "Block factor" criterion in the qualification requirements is a mandatory compliance criterion.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants qualified by Category and meeting mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in the procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.
