Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is made after the shipment of the equipment within 5 working days
Delivery terms:Delivery of the goods is carried out on weekdays from Monday to Thursday from 06:00 to 12:00, on Friday-from 06:00 to 10:00 (Moscow time).
Delivery of goods to the Buyer is carried out by transport of the Supplier and at his expense, to the Buyer's warehouse located at: 634141, Tomsk, Komsomolskaya Ave., 68.
All types of loading and unloading operations are carried out by the Supplier on his own and at his expense.
Delivery of goods is carried out by one party in time not later than 30 working days from the date of contract conclusion.
The Supplier is obliged by telephone for 1 (one) working day before the delivery date of the goods to inform the passport data of the driver and representatives of the Supplier, accompanying the goods, the mark and the State registration mark of the vehicle carrying Delivery of goods.

the Bank of Russia, reserves the right to choose the supplier of goods (works, services) with the best conditions, by comparing the commercial offers received from different sources, not limited to this ETP and to make a final decision not within the ETP. The Purchases of the Bank of Russia are carried out in accordance with regulation 632-P of March 1, 2018 "Regulations On procurement of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" published on the official website of the Bank of Russia (http://www.cbr.ru/analytics/?PrtID=na_vr&docid=514). The Customer has the right to refuse the procedure of purchase of small volume at any time during the process of purchasing procedure, and also at the end of purchase procedure, by recognition of the purchase failed. At the same time the Customer is not liable to the Participants or third parties for losses that may arise as a result of refusal to carry out the purchase or recognition of its failure. Information about the failed purchase is formed and placed on the ETP.
