Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed (f. KS-2), information on the cost of work performed (f. KS-3), the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction facility (f. KS-11), the Contractor invoices.
Comments: A detailed description of the subject of procurement and terms of delivery are indicated in the procurement documentation and the contract, the terms of reference.
Offers in the System must be submitted from the time the procurement information is posted until the deadlines specified in the Notice of the request for commercial proposals expire (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Purchasing documentation).
The term for concluding the contract is 20 business days after signing the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for conducting a request for commercial proposals, as well as instructions for preparing offers are indicated in the procurement documentation.
This procedure for requesting commercial offers is not a tender, and its implementation is not governed by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting commercial offers is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting commercial offers does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
