Payment terms:Payment upon delivery. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, taking into account delivery to the consignee, including VAT.
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note in the Buyer's warehouse.
If the payment terms do not match the requirements of the organizer, you must specify what you want in the comments.

Comments:
1. The offered Goods must comply with the Terms of Reference and tender documentation;
2. The validity period of the terms of the commercial offer is at least 90 days from the date of submission;
3. The cost of the offered goods must be indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT, and also include all shipping costs to the consignees;
4. If the participating company operates under the simplified taxation system, please inform.
5. Proposals submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documentation, as well as uploaded before the deadline for submitting applications, may be accepted for consideration.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
