The detailed description of the purchase item and the terms of delivery are listed in the procurement documents and in the draft contract, technical assignment.
Offer expiration is at least 60 days.
All participants in the commercial proposal request must download the following documents:
1. Completed forms according to the purchase documentation.
2. Dealer's certificate and executive letter for delivery of these products for MECHEL-ENERGO LLC.
3. Signed contract and Annex 1 to the contract, specification (with delivery time, price) as amended by the Buyer.
In the absence of any of the requested documents, the offer will not be considered.
The product delivery contract is 20 working days after the decision is made.
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
