Comments: The detailed description of the purchase item and the terms of delivery are provided in the procurement documentation and contract, technical assignment.
Participant may prepare and submit an alternative Offer (subject to such a possibility in the Notice published in the System) which may relate to both commercial and technical aspects of the products offered (in accordance with 4.1.2. Procurement documentation).

Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
