Comments: Request for commercial proposals for the right to supply a separator for the purification of oils A1-AOZH.
A detailed description of the subject of procurement and delivery conditions are indicated in the procurement documentation and in the draft contract, technical specifications.
The offer is valid for at least 60 days.
All bidders must upload the following documents:
1. Filled in forms according to the procurement documentation.
2. Certificate of a dealer and a representative letter for the supply of these products for the Black Sea Fleet of OOO Mechel-Energo.
3. The signed contract and Appendix No. 1 to the contract, the specification (indicating the delivery time, price) as amended by the Buyer.
In the absence of any of the requested documents, the proposal will not be considered.
The term for concluding a contract for the supply of Products is 20 business days after the decision is made.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
When submitting an offer (offer) on an advance payment basis, the customer has the right to demand from the participant in the procurement procedure financial security under the agreement for the repayment of advance payments (bank guarantee for the entire amount of advance payments) in accordance with clause 3.6 of the procurement documentation.
