Comments: A detailed description of the Call for Bidding item and delivery terms are specified in the bidding documentation and contract, terms of reference, questionnaires.
The Bidder has the right to prepare and submit an alternative Offer (if such an opportunity is indicated in the Notification published in the System), which may relate to both commercial and technical aspects of the products offered (in accordance with clause 4.1.2. of the Bid Documentation).
Offers in the System must be submitted within the period from the moment of posting information about the Call for Bidding to the expiration of the terms specified in the Notice of the Price Request (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. of the Bid Documentation).
The term of the contract is 20 working days after signing the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, as well as instructions for preparing offers are specified in the bid documentation.
This procedure for requesting commercial proposals is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting commercial proposals is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting commercial proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
