Delivery terms:
LOT No. 1,2 - DDP, according to the Terms of Reference. Delivery to the warehouse of PF LLC "MECHEL-ENERGO", Chelyabinsk, st. 2nd Paveletskaya 14.
Comments: A detailed description of the subject of procurement and delivery terms are specified in the procurement documentation and contract, terms of reference.
Bids in the System must be submitted during the period from the moment of posting information about the procurement until the expiration of the terms specified in the Notification of the request for quotations (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Purchasing documentation).
The term for concluding an agreement is 20 working days after signing the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for the request for quotations, as well as instructions for preparing offers are indicated in the procurement documentation.
This procedure for requesting prices is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting prices is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil obligations.
