Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

- SMR licence/authorization, commissioning and maintenance of GCO;
- licence/authorization for registrations with public authorities (if applicable);
- letters of recommendation from customers of similar equipment and facilities;
- the list of projects implemented and the name of customers;
- a contract for boiler room maintenance and repair services.
