In the period up to 20 (twentieth) of the month following the reporting, the buyer pays in fact received on the results of the month goods on the basis of the documents specified in paragraph 3.8. Agreement, after signing by authorized representatives of the Parties the act of reconciliation of mutual settlements for the reporting month.
Delivery terms:628285, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, City of Urai, petrol station.
Delivery is carried out by a sample of the goods by the buyer (JSC "Utek-Energia") at petrol stations owned by the supplier and located in the Territory: Khmao-Yugra G. Uray.
