Payment terms:
Form of payment – non-cash settlement. Advance payment is not provided for. The Customer pays in full in the period of up to 10 banking days, after delivery of the goods to the base of JSC "YUTEK-Energia" and checking its safety from damage, with the signature of the consignment note of uniform form and subject to the provision by the Supplier To the Customer of all the following properly documents:
- Universal Transfer Document (UPD) or (invoice, commodity waybill);
- Passport of the manufacturer, certificate of quality. The date of fulfillment by the Customer of the obligation to pay is considered to be debited from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:
not more than 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the contract by both Parties.
The Supplier has the right to deliver the goods before the specified period (delivery is not provided)
