Payment terms:
Form of payment - non-cash payment. Advance payment is not provided for. The Customer pays in full up to 10 banking days after delivery of the goods to the base of UTEK-Energy OJSC and verification of its safety against damage, with the signing of the Consignment Note in a unified form and on condition that the Supplier provides the Customer with all of the following properly executed documents: - Universal Transmission Document (UPD) or (invoice, waybill); - Factory passport, quality certificate. The date of fulfillment by the Customer of the payment obligation shall be considered the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s current account.
Delivery terms:
no more than 15 (Fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing of the contract by both Parties. The supplier has the right to deliver the goods earlier than the specified time (delivery in batches is not provided)
