Payment terms:Form of payment - non-cash payment. Advance payment is not provided for. The Customer pays in full up to 10 banking days after delivery of the goods to the base of UTEK-Energy OJSC and verification of its safety against damage, with the signing of the Consignment Note in a unified form and on condition that the Supplier provides the Customer with all of the following properly executed documents:
- Universal Transmission Document (UPD) or (invoice, waybill);
The date of fulfillment by the Customer of the payment obligation shall be considered the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s current account.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the draft contract (Section No. 5 of this procurement documentation).
