The buyer shall pay in full up to 10 (ten) business days after delivery of the goods in full (scheduling is not provided) on the basis of "YUTEK - Energy" and check its safety from damage, with the signing of lading unified form and subject to the provision by the Supplier to the Purchaser all the proper documents.
